Will you need planning permission?

YES we always advise customers to apply for preliminary planning from your local council. They send you an easy to fill in form and in most cases reply within 2 to 3 weeks. Most conservatories don’t need planning permission, however it’s always good to check, giving you peace of mind, and saving future problems if you decide to sell your property.
